Education Under Quarantine

Education Under Quarantine

Boonville educators are committed to continuing our students’ learning and classwork, even as quarantines and absences are sometimes unavoidable. District teachers and staff are available to communicate with families through email and want to help students keep learning as seamlessly as possible throughout this time.

Boonville Schools faculty and staff have taken measures to plan ahead for possible learning disruptions this year.  This planning allows quarantined students to keep up with their peers and receive the same (or as close as possible) assignments as their in-seat classmates.

Clever and Google Classroom
All Boonville K-12 students have access to Chromebooks and all have been trained on accessing the Google Classroom through the Clever Portal. Google Classroom is the main hub that Boonville teachers use to direct students to assignments. There also may be attached educational videos, links, lectures, or activities to complete within Google Classroom. Students should log in daily to each class.

Thank you for following the recommended health and safety protocols of our schools. These measures will help reduce the spread of COVID-19 in our community and ultimately help keep our families safe and students in class.
