During inclement weather, Snow Routes may be implemented to ensure safe transportation for our students. However, please note that not all snow or ice conditions will automatically result in the use of snow routes.

The district will inform families as soon as possible when snow routes will be in effect.

When Snow Routes Are in Use:

Most city and paved road pick-ups and drop-offs will remain the same. If your home is on gravel or in an impassable area, the following stops will serve as designated snow route locations. Parents and guardians should plan for students to:

• Meet the bus at the end of gravel roads, lanes, or other non-maintained areas.
• Use the “common stops” listed below for pickup and drop-off.

Important Reminder: Buses will not travel on any gravel road during snow route conditions. If your regular stop requires access via a gravel road, please plan to meet the bus at one of the common stops listed.
