Families who complete the form will be the first to receive information about:
• Future Kindergartener Spring Open House
• Summer School for incoming Kindergarteners
• How to complete online registration when it's available

We recommend that all families with an incoming kindergartener complete this form, even if your child currently attends our HCP preschool program.
