BHS 8/12-8/14 Registration Update: Enter Through Boonslick Technical Education Center

BHS Registration begins Wednesday, August 12! 

Important Change: Due to construction in the Media Center hallway, all students and families will enter through the BTEC entrance during registration this year.

Enter the BHS campus at 1 Pirate Drive, then turn right toward BTEC and Hannah Cole Primary. Please see the attached map for the registration entrance and route.

While the entrance is different, all of the usual BHS Registration activities and services will still be available! Students will be able to explore the high school, find classrooms and lockers, take school photos, check out Chromebooks, visit with counselors, and more.

Wednesday, August 12
Thursday, August 13
Friday, August 14
8:00 AM–4:00 PM
All registration times are open to all grade levels. Come whenever it is most convenient for your family!


During Registration, Students Can:

  • Review or make schedule changes, if needed, with their counselors
  • Take care of fees, including parking, sports passes, Chromebook insurance, and more
  • Find their lockers and explore the building
  • Pick up student parking passes
  • Check out a Chromebook and charger
  • Take school photos and senior photos
  • Complete the Annual Online Update, if it has not already been completed
  • Bring medications and visit with School Health Aide Sam Derendinger, who will be located in the BTEC Health Science room
  • Ask questions about health requirements and immunizations
  • Bring updated immunization records
  • Tour the high school
Need immunizations? The Health Center will be available at BHS on Thursday, August 13, to provide needed immunizations.


School Supplies

Students may bring a backpack with basic supplies, such as a binder with paper and pencils. Teachers will discuss any class-specific supply needs during the first week of school.

BHS and BTEC also appreciate classroom donations of Kleenex tissues, hand sanitizer, and Clorox wipes. Those can be brought in during registration.
