This Saturday, 10 of our Silver Pirate Band members auditioned for a spot in the Class 1-5 All-State Honor Band. Students who audition may be selected for either the All-State Honor Band, which will perform at the Missouri Music Educators Conference in January, or the Honorable Mention Band, an on-paper honor band. Students who achieve either of these bands are considered among the top players from all schools in the state. We are happy to announce that out of the 1,107 auditions, the following students earned placement in these prestigious ensembles.

Eleanor Northup - 2nd Chair All-State Honor Band Soprano Clarinet

Olivia Dilse - 2nd Chair All-State Honorable Mention Soprano Clarinet
