Enrollment and Registration

New To The District

Families who have children new to Boonville Public Schools or are returning after having left the Boonville R-1 School District will complete an Online Registration Application.  Online registration applications must be completed by parents/legal guardians only. If you have a student living with you for whom you are not the parent/legal guardian, be sure to upload the custody or foster documentation into the application when requested.

During this process, you will be asked to enter information for your student(s) and family. Accuracy is important, so please read all directions carefully. The application can take up to an hour to complete. If you are not able to complete it all at once, you can save the application after finishing each section, and return to it using the same link in your email. Once you click "Submit" you will not be able to return to your application.

Before you begin, please gather the following:

• Household information: address and phone numbers
• Proof of residency information: a current, signed rental agreement, mortgage statement, real estate contract signed by all parties, or a current utility bill (gas, water, electric) upon which the parent or guardian's address is printed and dated within the last 60 days
• Legal Parent/Guardian information: work and cell phone numbers, email addresses
• Student information: birth certificate, immunization records, other health/medication information, previous school records
• Emergency Contact: addresses and phone numbers.

Note: Required fields are marked with a red asterisk, and the district will receive the data exactly as it is entered. Please be careful of spelling, capitalization and punctuation. Dates should be entered as MM/DD/YYYY and phone numbers as xxx-xxx-xxxx.

Existing Student/Family

Parents/guardians who have children currently registered in Boonville Public Schools use their Campus Parent account to fill out the Annual Information Update. This is where they can double-check household information such as addresses, parent phone numbers, emergency contacts, or update student health information. Parents/guardians will also use the Portal add a student to their family.

The Annual Information Update is now open for the 24-25 school year.  Parents will be required to complete this update before accessing student information on the Parent Portal.
